Hello,
I am a logistics professional interested in the mechanisms that motivate and guide people, accompanying them on their journey of self-discovery, rediscovering their inner voice, and returning to their own rhythm.

Today, while still working in logistics, I combine Human Design, Breathwork, Mind Programming, Subconscious Awareness, and Qigong practices in my individual work. I believe that true transformation is only possible when space is created not only in the mind but also in the body and energy.

For me, guidance isn't about "fixing" something, but about making visible the wisdom that already exists within. I create a non-judgmental space, choosing to raise awareness rather than simply stating right or wrong. Because I believe that when a person sees themselves, change begins spontaneously.

In my individual studies;
